Are you planning to purchase or renovate a property? For us, every project begins with a close and careful look. We are happy to accompany you even at this early stage. During a joint site visit, we assess the property for both risks and potential, and provide you with an initial on-site evaluation.
For a single-family house, we usually allow about two hours. If you wish, we can prepare a written summary afterwards.
For renovations and smaller conversions, we can provide a rough cost estimate even without prior planning. Depending on the scope, we usually allow an additional four to eight hours for this.
We work with element-specific reference values, which allow for a detailed assessment of each individual measure. This creates a realistic picture of the renewal requirements – even if the costs often turn out to be higher than initially expected.
When it comes to assessing the building potential of a property – for example, for extensions, additional storeys or more extensive interventions – a feasibility study is recommended. While it does not replace detailed planning, it provides a solid basis for further decisions.
We take your ideas on board, develop initial concepts and highlight both opportunities and limitations. Potentials are illustrated visually, and the expected costs are roughly estimated.
