During the renovation of this residential building in Brugg's old town, we applied 50 mm of HAGA Biotherm on the interior side of the exterior walls. The breathable, silicate-based insulating plaster improved the U-value of the old quarry stone wall from 1.7 W/m²K to 0.7 W/m²K, thus significantly contributing to a more pleasant indoor climate without altering the listed facade.

We clad the dividing timber-frame walls with clay building boards and plastered them with clay plaster. HAGA clay products do not contain any fired binders and, with their excellent moisture regulation, contribute significantly to a pleasant living environment.
