This villa from 1949 was created by the Lenzburg architect Richard Hächler. The building skillfully transfers a classic bourgeois form of living into the formal vocabulary of moderate post-war modernism. His brother carried out the high-quality carpentry work.
The villa no longer meets the residential needs of today and will be converted into office use. The distinctive character of the original residential building will be strongly preserved and the new functions will be reflected in the color concept. We look forward to this exciting task.
